PGA Show 2010
Sunday, February 7, 2010
I have been blessed over the past seven years to have worked in the golf industry and attend the PGA Show in Orlando Florida. A lot of people that attend the show are there to see the latest and greatest equipment that will help them squeeze that last yard out of their swing (more about this in a later blog). I like to go and see the new gadgets and believe me there are plenty of them. I feel sorry for the people and companies that are trying to re-invent the golf tee. Zero Friction did it but I think the buck stops there. I hope that these people I see at booths throughout the event did not wager their life savings on the "latest and greatest" golf tee!
I did see a few new products that caught my eye. One was the Air Sports Watch. The Air Sports Watch uses Ionic Technology (you know the same technology found in those magnetic bracelets that leave green rings around your wrist) and combines it with the style and fashion of the rubber bracelets. Top that off with the fact that it is also a day/date watch and you've got a fashionable product. It is available in twelve colors and comes in six sizes; from XXS to XL. It's very lightweight, the display is easy to read and, most importantly it looks good. For more information, visit the Air Sports Watch online at www.airsportswatch.com
